Terms and Conditions

All stock is sold in undividable bundles of 25 trees.  All stock is perishable, and must be picked-up on delivery day.

Order early – Limited supply – Kenosha County tree program is open to everyone.  You do not need to be a Kenosha County resident to participate.

Right of Denial – Kenosha County reserves the right to deny the sale of trees to a person and/or group for good reason.

A 100 percent payment is required at the time of purchase.
